Prior to his current role as President of Hawaii Box & Packaging, Inc., Rob spent 20 years with Weyerhaeuser Company in Honolulu, Hawaii and retired as the General Manager. Rob graduated from Iolani School and has a B.A., Business and Economics, Magna Cum Laude from Hawaii Loa College (now Hawaii Pacific University), and a post-Graduate Certificate from Tokai University, Japan. Rob was a scholar-athlete throughout college earning the Ward F. Mardfin Award for Excellence in Business and Economics and Honorable Mention to the NAIA All-American Basketball Team in his Senior year. Active in many community organizations and athletic programs, he currently serves on the Board of Parks & Recreation for the City & County of Honolulu (City Council Appointment), on the Board of Junior Achievement Hawaii, on the Advisory Board of the June Jones Foundation, and a 200 Club Member. He is also the past Chairman and Board member of the Hawaii Employers Council, past Board member of the Board of Water Supply and past President and Board member of Kailua Little League.

Robert Cundiff, President

Hawaii Box & Packaging, Inc. was formed in 2008 to continue to provide a reliable supply of corrugated packaging in the State of Hawaii following the closure of the Weyerhaeuser boxplant. The HBP team consists entirely of ex-Weyerhaeuser employees who are intimately familiar with the packaging industry, products and specific customer needs. After working in the Hawaii market with such wonderful, loyal customers for so many years, the HBP team felt an ongoing obligation and desire to support our customers with their packaging needs and eliminate any concern for packaging supply and allow customers to concentrate on growing their business for success. Larry Cundiff, Chairman : Larry is a past Vice President with Weyerhaeuser and brings over 40 years of business and packaging experience.

Robert Cundiff, President : Rob is the past General Manager of the Weyerhaeuser Hawaii boxplant and brings over 27 years of experience in packaging and business.

Glenn Masaki, Operations Manager : Glenn is the past Production Manager at Weyerhaeuser with 4 years in packaging and over 25 years in Manufacturing and Business management.

Kekoa Aiu, Account Manager : Kekoa is an experienced business consultant and sales professional with 5 years of packaging experience and over 20 years of selling experience. Kekoa's territories include Oahu, Hilo and Kona.

Elizabeth Atherton, Account Manager : Liz is an experienced business consultant and sales professional with 14 years of packaging experience and over 15 years of customer service and selling experience. Liz's territories include Oahu, Kauai, Molokai and Kamuela.

Dean Yamamoto, Account Manager : Dean is an experienced business consultant and sales professional with 5 years of packaging experience and over 20 years of selling experience. Dean's territories include Oahu and Maui.
